opps..sorry for the delay!

so--i realized its been...forever...since i blogged.

opps. sorry.

life has been amazingly busy, hectic with work, life, dog, extra curricular activities like boyfriend and his offspring...lots have been done, lots of fun...and it keeps getting better and better!

so--here is some of our July entertainment..

of course the evening of the 3rd the fireworks were great (since the sun doesn't go down until after midnight, its basically the 4th by the time the show arrives...) we had a small party with friends. The next day attended the 50 yr celebration (yep--good ol Alaska has been a state for 50 years now,officially. they put up the original flag, had ms. alaska from 1959 presentand had a great tribute all way around!! it was too hot to be much besides the basics that day...so the next day we did a true Alaskan thing--went swimming at the glacier! cools u off right away...someone was a wimp and only went up to his knees...oh well. Its hard keeping up with us active girls sometime...

Shadow went swimming as well...and then into the ocean for a dip next weekend!
